At Salt Water Sandals, we want you to love your new pair of sandals, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your sandals are tried on at home on a carpeted surface to maintain their pristine condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Sandals

  Place the unworn sandals back in their original Salt Water shoe box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
